To access log files that can be used for troubleshooting various problems, follow the steps below:

  1. From the main menu on the 'user' MMI, select option 2, for Directory Services
  2. From this menu, you can access a number of different log files, which are described below:
    1. Zombie.log (Option 9, View Zombie.log)
    2. Problem.txt (Option 19, View Problem.txt)
    3. ModemLog.txt (Option 20, View ModemLog.txt)
